We all think we need more protein, right?
Well, most of us are getting more protein than we actually need. And the majority of that protein comes from meat and cheese for most people. The problem is meat and dairy do not contain any fiber, can lead to constipation, and poor gut health.
And our guts are the pathway to our health. Poor digestion = belly aches, no or little poop, and weak immune systems.
